As the Lead UX Designer, I led the end-to-end experience strategy and design for the Delta SkyMiles American Express co-brand landing pages across both Consumer and Business (B2B) segments. My role focused on aligning business objectives, partner brand standards, and user needs into a cohesive, high-performing acquisition experience.
Opportunities: Create a unified yet clearly segmented UX framework that streamlined decision-making; redesign the information architecture with scannable product tiles, icon-driven benefit groupings, and high-visibility offer hierarchy to prioritize clarity and conversion.
